Times: 4:45pm – Meet in the Band Room, dressed ready to go
5:00pm – Depart Clark
5:30pm – Arrive @ CNHS
5:45pm – Sound Check and Warm Up
6:45pm – Doors Open
7:00pm – Concert Begins
-Intermediate Band (20 Minutes)
-Concert Band (20 Minutes)
-Concert Band/Intermediate Band Combined Piece (10 Minutes)
-Symphonic Band (30 Minutes)
8:20pm – Concert Ends
8:30pm – 1 Bus departs CNHS for those that need a ride back to Clark
8:45pm – Arrive back to Clark

Spring Band Concert Itinerary and Information
Spring Band Concert – Clark Intermediate Quad – All Bands
Date: Tuesday, May 28, 2019
Dress: “Nice Clothes”. Boys should wear a button-down collared shirt and a tie is recommended. Girls are encouraged to wear dresses. Please make sure everything is in dress code.
Food: The following Vendors will be present at the concert. Part of what you spend comes back to the program as a fundraiser.
-Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant, Yosemite Concessions, Dip-N-Dots
Location: Clark Intermediate Quad
Times: 5:30pm – Student Meet in Band Room, Parents, friends, and family can find a spot to sit and get some food
6:00pm – Concert Begins, (Awards will be given out during the performances)
-Jazz Band (30 Minutes)
-String Orchestra (20 Minutes)
-Concert/Intermediate Band (20 Minutes)
-Chamber Orchestra (20 Minutes)
-Symphonic Band (30 Minutes)
8:00pm – Concert Ends, Everyone helps pack up and clean up

Clark Band Rodeo Parade Itinerary and Information
Clark Band Rodeo Parade – Old Town
Clovis – All Bands
Date: Saturday, April 27, 2019
Dress: Students are to wear blue jeans, cowboy boots or black shoes if you don’t own boots, a flannel or “cowboy” style button up shirt, and a cowboy hat will be provided. If you don’t have a flannel shirt a solid neutral colored shirt will work. Also if you have your own cowboy hat you would like to wear that is acceptable too.
Location: Clark Intermediate/Old Town Clovis
Times: 8:00am – Report to the Clark band room, get instrument out, load buses
8:15am – Depart on buses for the Lowe’s Parking lot (Shaw and Clovis)
9:30am – Parade Starts
-Clark/CHS Marching Bands will be marching together.
11:00am – Load buses to head back to Clark
11:15am – Performance over

10:30 a.m. – Arrive CNHS and find Coach Rachel on the tennis courts to start warm-up

Please note that Championship Awards require the entire team to attend and be present in full retreat. Students will need to stay for the entire show and may not dismiss early. Please email Mr. Watson with questions or concerns: christopherwatson@cusd.com

11:44 a.m. – LUNCH (Please eat a good lunch!!!) Load Percussion Equipment onto the truck.
1:25 p.m. – At the end of 6th period, Report to Band Room. Gather equipment
– Load 1 School bus then depart for Clovis North High School.
2:00 p.m. – Arrive at CNHS and warm up.
4:00 p.m. – Show Begins
5:09 p.m. – CLARK WINTER PERCUSSION PERFORMS (Parents, please arrive @ least 15 mins. Prior
to performance if you want to get in on time to watch percussion perform)

5:25 p.m. – Jr. High Championship Awards (Full Retreat-Entire Team MUST be present and in
uniform for awards)
6:00 p.m. -Load Trucks
**If you are leaving with a parent find Mr. Watson to be signed out.**
6:30 p.m. -Load bus and depart CNHS to Clark
6:45 p.m. – Arrive back to Clark, unload equipment, and enjoy the rest of your evening!
– You are not allowed to leave until all items from the truck have been un-loaded
8:33 p.m. -Clovis High Winter Percussion Performs
9:25 p.m. -HS Awards
